1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to services offered by Coreva Cleaning Group LLC (“Coreva,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a service, accepting a quote, paying an invoice, or allowing service to begin, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to approve service at the property.
2. Services & Scope
Coreva provides residential, recurring, deep, move-in/move-out, vacation-rental, commercial, office, post-construction, and other custom cleaning services.
The scope of each service depends on the service category booked, selected extras, agreed instructions, and any custom quote approved before service.
Requests outside the original scope may require additional time, adjusted pricing, or separate approval before the work is performed.
3. Pricing, Estimates & Quotes
Flat-rate services are priced using the information provided at booking, including property size, service type, extras, and other relevant details.
Custom, commercial, and post-construction quotes are based on the known scope at the time of quoting. If the actual property condition or required work differs materially from the information provided, Coreva may recommend a scope or price adjustment before performing additional work.
We will not perform additional work outside the approved scope without first communicating the change, except when service must be stopped for safety reasons.
4. Scheduling & Arrival Windows
Coreva will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the confirmed time or arrival window. Traffic, weather, prior-service duration, property access, and operational emergencies may affect arrival time.
If a significant adjustment is necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate it as soon as possible.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Late-cancellation fees help cover time reserved specifically for your service and professional availability already committed to that appointment.
Coreva will not charge more than the scheduled service price for an individual cancellation. Any applicable fee may be applied against an existing deposit or charged to an authorized payment method when appropriate.
6. Property Access & Lockouts
The client is responsible for providing safe and timely property access, including keys, entry codes, parking instructions, alarm information, reception instructions, and other access details.
If a professional arrives within the scheduled service window but cannot access the property because of a locked door, incorrect code, active alarm, missing authorization, or absence of a required person, the service may be treated as a same-day cancellation.
7. Payments, Cards & Deposits
Payments may be processed through third-party booking and payment providers. By providing a payment method, you authorize charges associated with approved services, applicable cancellation fees, and other amounts you expressly accept.
Custom, commercial, or post-construction projects may require a scheduling deposit to reserve time, professionals, or specific dates. The required amount and conditions will be disclosed before confirmation and applied toward the final invoice.
8. Coreva Satisfaction Promise
If an area included in the agreed scope does not meet our service standard, contact Coreva within 24 hours after completion.
We will review the concern and, when appropriate, arrange a corrective re-clean of the affected area at no additional charge. This promise is intended to address quality concerns within the original service scope; it does not include new requests, out-of-scope work, or conditions that arise after service.
9. Post-Construction & Custom Projects
Post-construction projects are quoted according to actual site conditions. We may consider square footage, construction stage, dust and residue, materials, surfaces, accessibility, visible paint or adhesive, level of detail required, and other factors affecting the work.
Photos, plans, or documents submitted by the client are used to help evaluate scope. Most projects can be reviewed remotely, but large, active, or unusually complex projects may require a virtual or on-site assessment before pricing is finalized.
If actual site conditions differ materially from what was described or shown, Coreva may pause and request approval of an updated scope or price before continuing.
Hazardous construction waste, regulated materials, mold, asbestos, chemicals, biohazards, or other unsafe conditions are not part of standard cleaning and may require a specialized provider.
10. Client Responsibilities
Clients should disclose delicate surfaces, high-value items, special instructions, pets, security systems, restricted areas, and any condition that could affect service or safety.
We recommend removing or securing fragile items, important documents, cash, jewelry, and unusually valuable property before service.
11. Pets
Pets are welcome, but clients should disclose them and secure any animal that may create a safety risk, prevent access, or materially interfere with service.
12. Safety & Hazardous Conditions
Coreva and its service professionals may decline to begin or may suspend service when unsafe conditions exist, including hazardous substances, severe infestations, electrical hazards, unsecured weapons, illegal activity, threats, unsafe structural conditions, or any situation that reasonably risks people or property.
13. Damage, Loss & Incident Reporting
If damage or another service-related incident occurs, notify Coreva as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 48 hours after service, including photographs or other helpful information when available.
Coreva will review each report in good faith. Resolution will depend on the circumstances, available evidence, agreed scope, and any applicable insurance coverage.
14. Recurring Services
Recurring-service pricing may reflect a specific frequency. If frequency changes, visits are skipped, or recurring service ends, future pricing may be adjusted to the frequency actually used.
15. Referrals, Promotions & Rewards
Referral, promotion, or rewards programs may be subject to additional rules, eligibility requirements, effective dates, and limits. Coreva may prospectively modify or discontinue such programs. Promotional credits have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.
16. Third-Party Platforms
Coreva may use third-party platforms for booking, payments, messaging, invoicing, or other functions. Use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
17. Changes to These Terms
Coreva may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this website will display its effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter an already agreed obligation unless permitted by law or accepted by the parties.
18. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable North Carolina law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights provided by law.
